The crew finished drying my car so I did a walk around and Dave the manager saw the wheels were still dirty so he went around and polished them all!!!! 5 star service! Above and beyond expectations!

I told the attendant I wanted interior/exterior and wheels and tires cleaned. He charged $29. I left and when I got out at my next appointment, realized the tires/wheels had not been touched at all. I went back later and a different attendant said no problem pull around the front and we will get them. The guy up front said I didn't pay the extra $3 for it. I explained I paid what the attendant told me. He said no problem, he would go ahead and do them. The wheels were half cleaned. The one worker asked if he should get the kerosene to clean them and other guy said no just wipe them off. This shop has staff that are all doing their own thing. No one is on the same page with the services and prices they SHOULD BE PERFORMING! They want your money but doesn't care about the lack of service they are performing or the company they are supposed be representing. Not a good experience at all!

I paid $40 for inside and outside cleaning. I wash my car regularly but the inside got a little dirty with the end of winter snow we had. I was so disappointed. They half-assed vacuuming, etc. It was done so quickly that I shouldn't be surprised. Ironically, this young woman came to me in the waiting area letting me know that she had cleaned the windows. She was very friendly and I thought ok I think I can expect a good job... wrong! I got in the car and found the windows completely streaked. They looked worse than when I got there. I was on my way to an appointment so I didn't have time to go back. This is the worst car wash ever and for that amount of money, they need to do better. I will never go back.

Used this place the other day got a $25 Work car wash and this is what I ended up with not only that but still spots on my windshield. Car was still wet and then the tires are just absolutely horrible. Will not be using this car place again.

I visited today and got the $21 wash. The wash itself was decent. But, this is my third visit to this place and was unsatisfied for a second time. My rims still had filth on them when I drove not too far away to get my kids a kids meal from Wendys in Massillon (I own a newer model vehicle) The tire shine was almost non existent. I ended up buying and spraying my own tire shine when I got to walmart. But as a person who owned a detailing business and has 11 years detailing experience .... This really isn't worth the price. I came back because I was given a free wash after having a similar issue a few months back. The free wash was excellent!!! And I returned today to be disappointed again.
